Commencing her career in Human Resources, Raelene’s experience incorporates Career Coaching, Career Management, Succession Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training and Outplacement.

Raelene’s experience across corporate, government, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, and education sectors has enabled her to develop valuable insight into a broad range of clients with diverse coaching needs.

Through actively questioning and listening, Raelene efficiently identifies client issues, values, interests and needs and then explores a range of opportunities to map out clear pathways to ensure career – life success. Consideration is given to well – being, career exploration, personal image and branding, social media presence, job search, networking, interview techniques, negotiation and on-boarding.

In addition to providing practical career management strategies, Raelene’s methodologies include accessing internal and external resources to overcome personal barriers. Clients are encouraged to draw on strengths, overcome self – limiting beliefs and to set inspirational yet achievable career goals. Raelene’s passion lies in supporting individuals on a holistic level, enabling alignment of personal aspirations with professional objectives.

Raelene has a Graduate Certificate in Career Development and a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology. She is soon to receive Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Raelene is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia (CDAA), a Professional Member of the National Association of Graduate Career Advisory Services (NACGAS) and is accredited to administer MBTI Step 11.
