Maree has a Bachelor of Arts Degree (with Honours) in Educational Psychology which underpinned her training and work as a Vocational Psychologist. With over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, including career development, coaching and recruitment, Maree has worked with people at all stages of their career journey and from all walks of life.
Maree is passionate about coaching, and assisting and supporting people who are facing change in their lives. Through insightful questioning she is able to support individuals to discover the career and role for which they are most suited.
Maree brings to CDL Insight Consulting extensive experience in career planning, recruitment and selection.
She has developed and facilitated training programmes on career planning, staff selection, employment options, job seeking, mentoring and coaching skills development. This has involved the co-ordination of national government recruitment exercises involving short-listing, assessments, carrying out behavioural interviews and report writing.
Maree has developed informal training programmes designed as per client request on team development, performance management, selection training, targeted selection and behavioural interview techniques. She has also facilitated numerous team development programmes.
Maree is qualified to administer a wide range of psychometric tools and work assessments. She also has Certificate IV Training and Assessment and DISC Profile Accreditation.
Maree is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and a member of the Recruitment and Consulting Services Association (RCSA).
