As a Corporate Trainer, Jill provides consulting, coaching and mentoring support to a variety of clients on topics that include high powered leadership, team motivation, marketing and lead generation. Jill recently returned to Australia from six years on the Island of Borneo where she established the Sarawak Convention Bureau as their inaugural CEO with a key role being liaison with both State and Federal Government and the new Borneo Convention Centre.

Jill brings to CDL extensive management experience at both CEO and General Management level. She has developed organisational frameworks, recruited and lead staff at all levels and has ensured that sound governance practices are followed.

Jill is also an accomplished speaker and has also written and delivered a number of short training courses for in house delivery and facilitation. Her hands-on leadership capability includes developing and encouraging work teams and individuals and managing stressful situations calmly and effectively. She takes a consensus approach to conflict resolution and her enthusiastic and energetic approach to work is strengthened by her commitment to excellence and the creation of great corporate cultures. Jill has developed and implemented highly successful corporate business plans following liaison with Government officials, stakeholders, industry operators and marketing bodies.

Jill has won many international marketing and industry awards and has drafted recommendations to Government for changes to policies and procedures that were impeding sector growth. These recommendations were adopted and successfully implemented.

Jill is a former Accredited Member of Meeting Events Australia (AMEA) and Member of the Australian Society of Association Executives (MAuSAE). Through the Australian Institute of Management Studies, Jill has developed her skills in counselling and mediation, attitudinal training, human resource management, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, presentation skills and creative writing.
