Terry is a qualified Workplace Assessor / Trainer at Certificate Level IV and has delivered group training over the last decade to agencies in the USA and Western Australia including more than 300 courses as a TAFE level instructor in California.

Terry is a Career Management Consultant who brings to CDL Insight Consulting more than 15 years’ experience in career management and life coaching. For the last 25 years Terry has worked as a Registered Psychologist, Educator and Career Guidance Practitioner, supporting and advising employees at all levels of an organisation.

While conducting Best Fit Analyses for company workforce retention strategies, Terry employees a range of tools, including measures for Creativity, Stress and Coping Styles, Workplace Morale, Career Development, Personality Profiling, Emotional Intelligence, and Aptitude. As a people development specialist, Terry uses these tools to help companies retain and capitalise their human capital.

Terry’s extensive experience in one to one coaching, counselling and workshop training includes injury assessment, vocational rehabilitation, job placement and lecturing.

Terry has a PH.D in Psychology from Edith Cowan University, a Masters of Arts in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University in San Francisco.

Terry is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of Australia and an Associate Member of the Australian Psychological Society. He also has a Post Graduate Certificate in Career Development from Edith Cowan University. Terry has been a keynote conference speaker presenting on topics that include career development and resilience.
