Doug is a recognised Australian expert on sales conversion and has been speaking and training on the subject for over a decade. He specialises in the hospitality and call centre industries. He is in demand as a speaker and trainer on sales, service and memory with a focus on results.

Doug has over 20 years’ experience in sales, sales management, general management, recruitment and training. He has won a number of national sales awards including the Distinguished Management Award for the top sales team in Australia. As Australian General Manager and CEO for Kelly Personnel during the last recession, he gained valuable experience in selling and managing in tough times.

Doug has provided consulting, recruitment and training services to a wide range of industries, both in Australia and overseas. He is Past President of the National Speakers Association of Australia (NSAA) and has delivered over 1000 presentations and holds the qualification of Certified Speaking Professional.

Doug’s down to earth style is refreshingly Australian. His philosophy to business improvement is that ‘it’s the people who count’. In training and speaking assignments his focus is on achieving improved personal performance and bottom line results for organisations. Doug has a Diploma in Training and Assessment and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration. He is an accredited Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP), is qualified to administer Expanded DISC and an accredited Talent Dynamics Coach.
