Consultants and Coaches

Caroline truly believes in people and their capacity to progress and achieve their potential. She often tells her clients that she is ‘their most unreasonable friend’, supporting them unstintingly and challenging their assumptions, attitudes and behaviours to empower them to make better choices and improve their results.

Warm, results-focused and engaging, Caroline draws on nearly 30 years of consulting experience to quickly gain deep insights into what is holding her clients back, and to challenge and support each person to grow.

Caroline believes that people learn best when they are relaxed and having fun, so her facilitation and training environments are always optimised for engagement and interaction. Her work also as an Executive Coach focuses on helping leaders to gain new knowledge and skills so they can in turn develop their team, creating positive impacts across the organisation.

Caroline is highly regarded as a presenter and facilitator on topics of professional and personal development, assertive communications, integrity in business and values–based leadership. She holds leadership positions with the Anthony Robbins Group of Companies and with US based training firm, Synergistic Results International.

She is passionate about the power of communication to influence, inspire and empower companies, teams and individuals. Caroline’s extensive skill base enables her to engage in powerful conversations that drive effective outcomes while equipping business leaders to become game changers in their organisations.

Caroline holds Master Practitioner Certifications in NeuroStrategy through the International Association of NeuroStrategists and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Time Line Therapy through the American Board of NLP. She is certified in various profiling tools and experienced in working with both individuals and teams.
