She has worked across most industry streams and levels and specialises in communication, conversations, emotional intelligence and leadership.
As a Master Trainer, Barbara helps others to identify and understand their strengths and developmental areas and how to leverage those strengths to enhance communication and leadership capability.
Authentic, fun and engaging, for more than 15 years, Barbara has provided facilitation, coaching and profiling for such organisations as Harbour Future Leaders, DDI and the Australian Institute of Management.
As a Senior Consultant with Telstra, Barbara provided assessment, feedback and developmental planning for more than 7000 frontline leaders. At the time, this was the largest assessment centre of its kind in the world. Barbara has also managed a team of call centre staff during a time of competitive reforms in the telecommunications industry in Australia.
Barbara is an accredited emotional intelligence coach and practitioner, is qualified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator Profile, Leadership Mirror 360, is a DDI Master Facilitator in the areas of Learning Systems and Targeted Selection to maximise performance.
Barbara is also an accredited Hogan Administrator and Lominger Competency Framework Facilitator and can also administer Saville and Holdsworth’s Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ).
