Encouraging, astute and action oriented, for the past ten years, Anne has built on her previous experience in Human Resource Management and Recruitment to consult to organisations that are offering career transition services to employees facing career decisions or outplacement.
Anne focuses on supporting each individual with a personalised coaching service, taking the INGREDIENTS of their past, PACKAGING them up into a robust offering of self – knowledge and then DELIVERING the package with courage, conviction and confidence.
Anne has studied Career Counselling and Assessment through the Australian College of Applied Psychology and delivered training on behalf of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) in Recruitment and Career Management.
Professional Memberships have included the International Positive Psychology Association and the Career Development Association of Australia. Anne has attended courses on Suicide Awareness and Acceptance Commitment Therapy which she continues to study. Anne is also trained in psychometric assessment and interpretation with Birkman, Saville Grp Ltd and with Saville Wave.
