With experience in a variety of roles spanning the private, public and union sectors across three Australian States, Alexis brings a diverse range of skills and experience in human resource management and general management.

Empathetic, supportive and motivating, Alexis has expertise in providing career transition and management coaching for senior executives as well as those in a range of administrative and management positons in the technology, finance, government and corporate sectors.

Alexis has more than eight years’ experience in the Career Transition and Outplacement field, working predominantly on a one on one basis with individuals in transition. Alexis has also been an independent consultant providing a range of human resource consulting services to both businesses and individuals. She is passionate and excited to be able to assist others in their transition, understanding first-hand the value of receiving dedicated objective assistance when undergoing an unexpected change in career.

In earlier years, Alexis spent 13 years as a Senior Executive Manager for a Superannuation Fund, responsible for the Corporate Services Business Unit that encompassed all aspects of Human Resources, Information and Communication Technology, Information Management and Facilities Management. Reporting to the Board of Directors, this role required strong client service and compliance focus in a dynamic environment.

Alexis is a Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) and an Associate of the International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA). Alexis was also the State Representative on the National AHRI Mentoring Committee.
